Academy of Russian Ballet

All students are expected to adhere to the Dress Code and wear the ARB uniform for their class Level at every ballet class.

LEOTARDS

All Leotards may be purchased through ARB on their website.

TIGHTS

Capezio Ultra Soft 1916 in Pink

BALLET FLAT SHOES

Pink Canvas with split soles (ex: So Danca, Sansha, etc.) for all ages and levels.

POINTE SHOES

Brand and style of dancer's personal choice. We recommend fittings through Liesl Dancewear in Woodbridge, especially for their first fitting. Schedule an appointment here.

TAP SHOES

Level 1-4: SoDanca Mary Jane Tap shoes TA37 or Capezio 3800c (black patent leather).
Level 5-8: SoDanca TA-44 or Capezio 561 (tan with a 1.5" heel).

CHARACTER

Black Character shoes: Sansha Character shoes TE2L.
Black Character skirt: Length to halfway down the shin.

JAZZ

Black slip on Jazz shoe with no laces.
Black bike shorts or black jazz pants.

MODERN

Students will wear black bike shorts and have bare feet.
